Loss of Continuous Service
The Shelbyville Water & Sewer Commission expressly reserves the right to disconnect, confiscate unauthorized devices, and / or discontinue service or any other connection with or without notice where the Utility discovers, finds or is otherwise made aware of any such installation that poses a threat to the supply, public health or public safety.
The Shelbyville Water & Sewer Commission cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and will not be responsible for any claims arising out of the failure to deliver continuous service.

Violation
Attention all Customers: It is a violation of the Sewer Use Ordinance to enter a water meter jar. A $500.00 fine may be assessed the Property owner.
